Everton at this point, are PSR guinea pigs. Test the water, see the response, pivot. If Everton had any bollocks they'd take the PL to court over damages themselves.

The @premierleague’s continued hammering of EFC for PSR breaches already declared to have yielded no sporting advantage is so wildly out of kilter with its gentle slap on the wrist for Chelsea (and as yet nothing at all for City) as to be laughable. Corruption in plain sight.

If the Burnley compensation case is upheld I’d like to see every club who - missed out on a trophy, - missed out on a European finish - or suffered relegation all start legal proceedings against City, and Chelsea for all their sustained and dubious practices.
