We mentioned it on the last show, but Coach Tom Ryan @Buckeye158 & Ohio State made it official today - Sammy Sasso is calling it a college career. (And sounds very likely, an overall career). Sasso was scheduled to wrestle off for the 157lb spot for the post-season but decided to opt out. The 2x NCAA Finalist was never able to get back to the level & shape he was at before the shooting incident. It took incredible amounts of grit & courage to even get back on the mat and get to a place where he had more wins than losses this season, and Sammy sure has a lot to be proud of throughout his wrestling career!
