Alleged violation of Representation of the People Act as Goa legislature term ends in less than a year ! Qs: Did @ECISVEEP not know the law when it announced the dates? Or is this all an after thought since campaign is over? Timing raises suspicion over who benefits from a last minute cancellation of an election .. If this had happened in any other state, there would be an outcry. Maybe Goa is too small to make a national headline!
