Setting up Windows 11 computer. Discovered a feature of Windows 10 missing...where one could pin commonly used files to each taskbar icon (Word, Notepad, IntelliJ, etc).
After some deep digging, I found the magic mantra.

Another PayPal scam where someone requests money with a note implying fraud "We've detected that your PayPal account has been accessed fraudulently. If you did not make this transaction, please call us at toll free number"
DO NOT call their number. Cancel the request instead.
