It's officially 3 hours since I DMd you as requested @_Railcards Please can you help. I paid for a new senior railcard for my mother and there was no indication it was digital only. She's 87 and doesn't have a smartphone. This is verging on #ageism

I won't tell you just how much a certain US university has been charging my son to watch a lecture on his laptop filmed by a camera and mic positioned at the back of the lecture hall but when they then ask me for dosh on #GivingTuesday they can take a frickin' running jump...

I know there is a lot going on and I know this is a very old complaint, but the fact an official advisor to the government saying every aspect of our economy has to change to avert climate catastrophe is not higher up the headlines really is part of the problem.
