I've seen multiple reports like this. People who are completely sober being pulled over and arrested for DUI, despite getting 0.00 on their breathalyzer. After their drug test results come back negative, their charges are finally dropped.
These false DUIs are happening by the thousands. We're going to put an end to them, for good.
If this has happened to you, let me know here and @YATPOfficial will follow up with you. We'll need a copy of your arrest report, including your results showing that your breathalyzer and drug tests were negative.

This is a huge problem. I know from experience that government officials leak to better connected competitors in business, but applying that to planning by any group trying to improve how we are governed. The status quo is be better equipped to remain.

Yes, COVID relief spending (including enhanced unemployment that disincentivized work) was bipartisan and signed by Trump via the CARES Act—near-unanimous votes in Congress.
