It's amazing what real world events trigger a new video for me. I was talking with someone last night who was discussing someone else who spent $90 on a wig instead of paying the rent and I was inspired. About 6 hours total. Sharing because I didn’t want to lessen what she said but it got me thinking when she mentioned belief in God vs Atheism. That’s when it hit me, those who see AI as a tool to create art or even broader, a viable product would use AI to do just that. Those who see it as apocalyptic would use it for nefarious purposes.

I started using songer.co last fall after we did an AI contest at work. In November I started playing with Grok Imagine and a couple of terrible music videos were the result. I'm still learning to use Grok and Imagine for storyboarding and prompting, although today I do most of it by myself. Grok Imagine has improved greatly in that time. Perfect, no, but good enough that I can do some fun stuff even with limits. Imagine Agents: They're a different beast altogether, just started playing with them. Edited only to check Made with AI.

We should thank everyone who cancelled SuperGrok over the weekend. The issues are now resolved. I guess too much whining and complaining was the root cause.

After all the complaining over the weekend about the extreme limits with Grok Imagine I got my first video finished, the animation is Imagine Agents. The "Live" singer is my prompting. The song was created with Songer.Co with this prompt, "Let's Create Some AI Slop" The Genre "Country Swing". I can't take credit for writing the song in any way shape or form. I fed the lyrics to SuperGrok and it created a storyboard passed to Imagine Agents. Perfect - No! Perfect for an AI Slop video - YES! Enjoy @grok @imagine

Me vs. Super Grok’s “limitations” in the boss fight of the year
Day 1: “This last minute will take, like, 20 minutes tops.”
Day 4: Still here, rocking back and forth, whispering “please just render” to my screen
After a full-on multi-day cage match with Grok Imagine (rate limits, glitches, and pure stubborn AI energy), I finally won.
The video is DONE!
Real talk though… I’m not sure my sanity can survive another Grok Imagine project anytime soon.
My patience is officially filing for divorce and swiping right on a new AI.
But anyway… here it is.
