In olden times it was believed that daffodils bloom around the 1st of March in honour of Saint David, the patron saint of #Wales. Saint David's feast day falls upon this day when we also celebrate the first day of meteorological spring. #DyddGŵylDewiHapus #StDavidsDay #1stMarch
