Last night @NatBanting spoke to a small group of our local @OAMEcounts members. Among other things, this was my favourite slide:

In maths enrichment we worked with @microbit_edu and @Desmos to graph out how quickly the temp of Pizza drops, then we used Google Maps and scale drawings to map out the distance we could cover to deliver 🍕 without complaints! #mathsbtc
Grade 10 STEM math students at @VillanovaWECDSB were busy last week trying out the catapults they built. The project was part of a challenge to research, design and build a catapult in order to determine the quadratic equation from their projectile. A very cool way to learn!
