it's a rough market for small/new aggregators teams in crypto, seeing a lot of the talent flowing to the bigger players that already have a profitable business or enough capital to survive

.@PalmerLuckey is my spirit animal
palmer luckey is one of the most interesting founders imo builds up one of the largest (and most cutting edge) defense companies in the world with @anduriltech and then randomly decides to build beautiful retro gaming hardware with @modretro you can just do things lol

if you enjoyed my reports from the trenches of the aggregator wars you’ll appreciate this as well
May’s DEX aggregator leaderboard tells one story Raw volume is useful, but it doesn’t always show who wins the hardest flows Here's what happens when you remove correlated pairs and focus on harder flow:

only been here for a day @ns and can already tell you that the main reason you want to start a new country is because they have unlimited healthy prepared meals included in your subscription

here are the simulation failure rates on @matchametaxyz for april to give you a sense how important robust simulation is good to see enso taking simulation seriously. i haven’t evaluated their simulation API yet, but directionally this is the right move.
Hidden costs, misleading quotes, failed execution. For 2 years, Enso has simulated every transaction before execution. Today, we’re opening that infrastructure to everyone. Introducing Enso Quote Simulator. A blazing-fast API with automatic balance override to simulate transactions, validate quotes, and prevent failed execution before signing. ↓

the second foundation
The way to save Ethereum: The community needs to create an organization that's economically aligned with Ethereum and accountable to it. The EF now holds less than 0.1% of all ETH. There is no flow of Ethereum staking or fee revenues to it. If we want to get Ethereum back to winning: - create an organisation with credible funding, minimum $1b as a start. That's very reasonable for an ecosystem with $250b market cap - find a leader who is competent and wants to fight - make it accountable: a board of people who want ETH to go up, and a charter that holds the org accountable to it - fund it permanently: A significant amount of staking revenue needs to go to it. A governance mechanism that can adjust it (also part of accountability). Very hard to imagine now, but I think this is the only way (and it will probably happen, but it might take a long time before it is consensus).

9/ the second foundation did not compete with the first, it completed it ethereum already has world-class engineers what it lacks is a second foundation with people capable of defending, translating, and extending the vision through periods of instability
