Be cae3ful when ourchasing from @Debenhams. Returned a handbag I purchased for my partner 2 months ago, the acknowledged they recieved it but had no refund from them so had to go down the route of fraud through the bank by providing proof of return. #poorsevice #fraud #dontuse

@BensonsForBeds 1. Really rude, poor, unsafe service from your delivery installer service staff today. Paid £95 and they fitted the bed with screws loose, bed nit sure are metal frame so out of line I had to tighten all screws and realign the bed myself when I complained they

2. Stated well they tend up and carried it into a room so only a partial fitting refund available. I even have evidence and the delivery guys even forged my signature in paperwork
