the @bbc defending Joanna Page bashing a young girls brand new show just because she called her talented beforehand is PATHETIC. It was patronising and nasty how hard she went in and a backhanded compliment isn’t an excuse for it. @BBCSounds Disgusting behaviour
it also makes the BBC look incredibly thick for using its own platform to bash a BBC show ? and the trailer for the shitty podcast playing before as an AD for TYSHD?Genuinely gobsmacked Maybe use your platform to build up new shows and performers next time! @jopage_ @Nat_Cassidy
I genuinly hope @chiwithaC is doing ok, i can’t imagine how hard it must be to be dragged publically by people you’ve looked up to in the same industry #Thingsyoushouldhavedone
They give most of the comedy budget now to nostalgia-driven celeb-fronted podcasts, the least those podcasts could do is not shit on the new talent that actually gets through
Personally, I think that if you work in television and are then given a platform to discuss television you really shouldn’t be slagging off television. Bit of an unwritten rule.
It really isn’t classy.

A little light relief…
I tried to make a sign that says JEWS DO COUNT but it looks very much like a different message 🫣 so I’ve decided to come placard free.
With or without a sign, hope to see you there today! 🙈🤦♀️😂
