Michael Skora, yes, Michael Skora becomes the first @runHCXC in history to break the 4 minute mile!!!Reminder that he was our 26th best freshmen out of 29 on the team and finished that year with a PR was 5:51. What an incredible story of resilience and hard work. We’re so proud!

PERSPECTIVE. Earlier in the week, our team pledged that no matter what happened at Sectionals, we’d all wake up the next day and attend the #lovelikesean 5K, honoring the memory of Hinsdale resident Sean Richards. We’ll be rooting hard for Brother Finn and @BenetXC_TF at state!

It doesn't get much better than Cross Country at KLM in October. @runHCXC hosts the 3A regional tomorrow - boys at 9:00, girls at 10:00, followed by Hinsdale South hosting the 2A regional - girls at 11:00, boys at noon. And we'll be back a week later for Sectionals!

Man, did I ever get choked up when this was announced. We hung Clio’s plaque on her bedroom wall where it will inspire her to always strive to #LoveLikeSean
Last July we tragically lost our beloved teammate and coach Sean Richards. This week we presented the Sean Patrick Richards Award to 4 athletes who reflect his great attributes of dedication, kindness, perseverance & encouragement. Congratulations to Clio, RJ, Jocelyn & Luke.

4*4 is state runner up! New school record of 3:18.05! Braden Tingler to Smith Maxwell to Jack Parkins to Aden Bandukwala. For the final race of his high school career Aden anchors in 46.42 bringing us from 5th to 2nd. What a legend.

Well, that was a crazy 4*4. We just ran our school record…and finished 4th! Congrats to Braden Tingler, Smith Maxwell, Jack Parkins, and Aden Bandukwala on setting a new all-time best mark. Aden anchored in 46.5!!!
