So @runningpunks 2 weeks after surgery and an infected wound, I thought I’d try for a run and managed to get in 5k for #vrc
Pleased with it but it was really warm and strong headwinds but @Badflower helped me through!

I went for a run earlier but didn't take a photo. Then I saw Jimmy's announcement of an official VRC. I had no option but to go full on John Terry for an ad hoc photo. Shinpads just out of shot. Happy impromptu VRC day @runningpunks!✊🏻💜

An absolutely beautiful gang of Punks charged out of Sophia Gardens this morning, braving the icy chill to tackle the legendary Magic Roundabout. It was very cold (proper face-numbing stuff), but the energy stayed high, and the crew kept moving!

Midway, we stopped at the Irish Famine Memorial on Schooner Way, where Dan delivered a classic history masterclass (hands waving, knowledge flowing). From there, it was down to the canals, where the OG heron made its cameo appearance!
