Retired and well off enough that I could spend my last years doing pleasurable things but, honestly, if you told me I'd spend those years watching a steady stream of oligarchs, politicians, grifters and rapists all getting tried and shipped off to prison then that'd be my option.

Last week, my boys and DIL and I were supposed to get together on Boxing Day, to head out for a meal and then exchange gifts. Had gifts and candy all prepared but then an ice storm hit, we had to cancel those plans and now I've been sequestered here in my apt. for a few days and
