Built a full SaaS chatbot platform from scratch over the past few months. (horizonchat.ai) - Here's everything I got to work on (most of it was new to me) 🧵

We built MatchroomOS — AI that reveals who you should meet (and why). Tested with a community of 1000 entrepreneurs. Members finally found people they'd been next to for months.
If you run a community, how do your members discover each other today? Most don't. Every community has the same problem. If there are 200 people. 10 post daily. 20 weekly. The rest are invisible. That's why we built MatchroomOS. #CommunityBuilding #AI

Most communities today are just passive chat groups. A few people are active. Most people are invisible. And nobody really knows who they should connect with. That kills collaboration before it even starts. So we built Matchroom at YBM Labs.

How P2P (Peer-to-Peer) connection actually happens, something which powers WebRTC. Fasinating tech involving routers and NAT. Wrote something after a long time btw. medium.com/@thakurmohitsingh…

When you hit a usage limit on one platform (like Claude Code) and switch to another, you're usually mid-task. The new agent has no context. It has to figure out what’s done, what’s left, what changed. That costs tokens. And time. So I built ctx-switch. Run one command, get a clean handoff prompt, paste it into another agent and it already knows: - the task - what’s done - what files changed - what’s next No re-explaining. Just continue. npx ctx-switch github.com/C-W-D-Harshit/ctx…

When to first meetup after 3 months being in banglore, a bit of different experience. Nice meeting you folks. I don't speak much please don't mind. That's one reason I attended to overcome that. Next time will be much better ig

Game dev isn’t just "make a game." It’s: - Late nights no one sees - Learning 15 jobs - Fixing one thing, breaking five - Panic attacks - Wondering if anyone will even care And still showing up the next day. Keep going, indie devs, I believe in you.

close to 4 years Damn!!
This indie dev spent 1,400 days building his game, Tangy TD, completely from scratch in C . Seeing him and his wife react after the game earned $250,000 in its first week after launch is honestly beautiful.

Hi, I’ve been working on devtools for Better Auth to make things like quick user creation, account switching, role switching, and session editing easier. Not sure if it’ll be useful for everyone, but it’s been helping me a lot in my daily work. It’s still in alpha and I’m building it in my spare time. Would love if you could try it out and share some feedback! github.com/C-W-D-Harshit/bet…

ok folks some new update , added changelog in M-tris. The changelog is a section inside the game where you can scroll through every single release , what was added, what was improved, what was fixed. It has all the months that i worked on it with each month getting its own version. You can see the whole journey from a basic tetris like game with just some controls, one decent board to a full blown indie like game with single player, local multiplayer, real time online multiplayer with custom boards, app skins, a store, Google auth, and more. It's like a timeline of the entire project, right inside the app. Looking back it was started in September 2023 approximately 2 years 6 months ago. Based on github commit history i worked on it for 14 months since then with a bit of long hiatus before i started working on online multiplayer. Just showing up, fixing things, adding things, making it a little better than before. Some months were small. Some were huge. But it never stopped. thats compounding i guess it doesn't look like much until you scroll all the way back to the beginning. Then you realize how far it's come. this is first time the change log is out so categoriesed it monthly work, but now the releases will be whenever things change like new features, bug fixes etc. stay tuned there are lot of things that will be added in the next updates. Best is yet to come.

Just had to go through how T-spin , SRS (super rotation system), wall kicks work in standard tetris guidelines. An eye opening in understanding tetris game mechanics. Will think through a bit and will include in M-tris in next update.
