We would strongly advise South Yorkshire organisations conducting this type of work to consider applying for an SYVRU grant. Rush was fortunate to be successful in last year's round and we are so incredibly proud of our achievements and the offer to vulnerable young people!
The VRU’s next grant round will open for applications from 15th April to midday on 29th April. The Violence Reduction Fund will fund organisations supporting young people aged 4-25. Information on how to apply will be shared in due course.

As it's mid-point monitoring time for @SY_VRU , it's a great time to reflect on all the activities we've done with our young people. We've had around the world cooking, scarecrow making and trailing, baking, art therapy, counselling, aromatherapy, historical walks and photography

Our young people have spent weeks completing a "Round the World" cooking programme with one of our team. They have sampled the cuisines of many countries and have loved trying new foods & learning new skills. Thanks to @SY_VRU for funding such activities!
