Let me be clear. If we want an abundance of housing in the future, then we can’t allow rent control. It’s a bandaid on a supply problem.

Electric buses are genuinely a huge quality of life improvement for riders though. The smoothness and quietness of electric buses are hard to put in words because they are truly in a different league.
