I am disgusted by a @Cornell Professor’s justification of antisemitic behavior by saying she doesn’t need to abide by any code of conduct. Tenure doesn’t make anyone invincible, and it definitely should not protect hate speech.

FBI Activity in Cornell University’s Collegetown

Law enforcement has identified a person of interest in relation to threats of a mass shooting and antisemitic violence at Cornell University. This individual is currently in New York State Police custody for questioning.

A Cornell University discussion forum is flooded with threats of antisemitic violence. Very curious to see how Cornell responds.

Cornell University was littered with graffiti overnight. From sidewalks to trees, the beautiful Ithaca campus was desecrated with anti-Israel rhetoric. University staff are actively working to remove the spray paint.

October 7th is the most gruesome terrorist attack in Israel’s history. Yet the President of Cornell University clinically describes it as a “Response to World Events.” She then complains it is “impossible” to respond to all of the world’s tragedies. The largest massacre of Jews since the Holocaust, she suggests, is simply one event among many. The butchering and kidnapping of civilians and children are no different from an earthquake. Why is higher education so lacking in even the slightest semblance of moral leadership?

Never again.
