one of the best ways to test if your SaaS is a vitamin vs painkiller is to ship a bug that breaks your app and see if people complain.
if you can have more then 10 minutes of downtime without anybody complaining, you need to talk to more users...

it's magical to me that you can just:
open Claude
ask it to build your app idea
buy a domain for $10
host it for free
and make $0 because you forgot the customers part :(

They're charging you so you don't have to spend 6 hours building a loyalty app.
I could build a Slack replacement in a weekend but why would I?
That time is better spent growing my business.

Talking to users is still king.
