Our first meeting with Yevgeny Dibrov and Nadir Izrael was in @ArmisSecurity's modest Palo Alto office back in 2018. We were immediately struck by their ambitious vision and the product's early breakout growth.
DFJ Growth officially partnered with Armis in early 2020, and it’s been an epic run ever since. It has been phenomenal to watch the team scale from an emerging leader into a global powerhouse, protecting everything from IT to critical OT infrastructure.
Armis has gone well beyond their initial product by defining the Cyber Exposure Management category. Their $7.75 billion acquisition by @ServiceNow is a well-deserved validation of the relentless execution and culture this team has built over the past decade.

📢 We are excited to announce that Armis has successfully completed a pre-IPO funding round of $435 million, bringing the company’s valuation to $6.1 billion.
This milestone comes amid continued growth and was led by Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Asset Management and CapitalG. This round was also joined by new investor Evolution Equity Partners, alongside several existing investors.

My startup, @positron_ai just raised $51.6M Series A to rebuild the infrastructure powering AI inference and bring Superintelligence to everyone.
Led by Valor Equity Partners (@valorep) , Atreides Management (@Atreidesmgmt) , and DFJ Growth (@dfjgrowth) —the same teams behind SpaceX, Tesla, xAI, and other companies pushing compute to its physical and economic limits.
Why inference? Because as AI moves from research into production, the real bottleneck isn’t training—it’s deploying transformer models at scale. GPUs were built for flexibility, not predictable workloads. That mismatch means wasted bandwidth, poor density, and massive power costs.
