How amazing would it be to have “successful” Puerto Rican artist & record producers support local musicians throughout Borinken, sign them to record deals etc. Then buy and own properties all over the island and push back against gentrification.

At 100k overdose deaths/yr, it’s time for a Harm Reduction Czar. As I reflect on the pain/death it took to create the 1st AIDS Czar in 1993, my decades in HIV/AIDS, and now operating the 1st recognized US OPCs, a WH office to guide @POTUS harm reduction strategy is critical.
