Progress, no matter how small, is the way to measure the balance between effort and results - this week in Chippenham we have been blessed with a huge step forward at the Hub that is well worth the work put in #chippenhamTownTeam Chamber of Commerce #LoveChippenham #LoveOurTown

When I first stood for council in 1997 I was so naive that I did not know the difference between Town, District, and County Council! But being a part of the journey along the way has been amazing Come to the Hub and talk - you will be very welcome x

Great feedback from the Seniors Group at the Hub on the mini Bristol Galleries proposal to redevelop the centre of Chippenham. Interesting responses and interesting days … #LoveChippenham @AcornPG @wiltscouncil @BBCWiltshire

The first of (hopefully) many pieces of art in the Heritage Quarter to transform Chippenham town centre and highlight the enormous artistic talent in our town

Such an important year ahead - only 4 days in and busy diary of actions and issues already stacking up which can be shaped by the community if we stay on top of the brief with #LoveChippenham at its heart #Workinghard #WorkingTogether #CommunityDriven

Ok, so we almost gave up on this site with boredom and unwanted puerile posting and have watched as @ChippenhamHub following has dwindle BUT let’s look 2025 in the eye positively and try a ‘post-a-day positivity’ approach - here we go #Love #Community #PositiveVibes

What sort of an idiot would steal a community rainbow bench? It went missing overnight so any information you have will be very gratefully received. @wiltshirepolice @wiltsgazette @BBCWiltshire

I was disappointed that rural only made two mentions by the chancellor as an aside both times. working people also live in rural areas, 21% of the population. But they often can't get to work because of a severe lack of public transport in rural areaa.

💯. Health care and social care is one whole system and needs to be treated as such.
Injection of additional funds into #NHS necessary, but without more support for social care, hospital blockages will continue. @Libdems @wesstreeting

🚨Breaking News🚨 Labour MP for Canterbury @RosieDuffield1 has quit. Her resignation letter is excoriating & absolutely does not pull its punches. “As Prime Minister, your managerial and technocratic approach, and lack of basic politics and political instincts, have come crashing down on us as a party after we worked so hard, promised so much, and waited a long fourteen years to be mandated by the British public to return to power. Since the change of government in July, the revelations of hypocrisy have been staggering and increasingly outrageous. I cannot put into words how angry I and my colleagues are at your total lack of understanding about how you have made us all appear. How dare you take our longed-for victory, the electorate's sacred and precious trust, and throw it back in their individual faces and the faces of dedicated and hardworking Labour MPs?! The sleaze, nepotism and apparent avarice are off the scale. I am so ashamed of what you and your inner circle have done to tarnish and humiliate our once proud party.”
