Hello @EE I have been trying to cancel my contract for several weeks. I have called and today is a 45 min wait, and on chat it’s 2hours 45! How can I please just get it sorted without waiting for aaaaaages!!!’

Not sure what to do @British_Airways have not issued a voucher for a holiday we had to cancel in October due to COVID, if they ignore us, do they just get to keep the money?? Requested a credit voucher but nada, even though they “claim” they do this on their website.

Just watched #ItsASin what an incredibly moving programme, it was mind blowing. Thank you everyone involved in it, it shows how far we have come but there is still so much more to do.
