Wow this is a major shot across the bow to the location data industry. @FTC says sample Kochava data included visits to reproductive health clinics, houses of worship, shelters addition recovery centers. This comes after FTC warned brokers in July that enforcement is coming.

5/ The customer service line for a direct pay plan (meaning you're paying, not an employer) might be a completely different department from an employer paid plan, and piecing together detailed information between the two worlds of plans can be really hard.
