Seerror is hiring. One person. One seat.
Not a job. A post.
Seerror runs lean. Seven shipped products. Zero employees. One founder. That's about to change but only by one.
I need someone who can hold the line when I can't.
• What this role actually is:
Snake admin. Right hand. Second pair of eyes on every product, every shipment, every fire. You'll move between code, ops, content, and crisis without asking which lane you're in. There is no lane. There's only the mission.
• What I need from you:
→You work under pressure the way most people work in comfort
→ You can hold five threads at once and drop none of them
→ You write code, or you write words, or you fix things ideally all three
→ You don't need a manager. You become one when the moment asks for it → Nation first. Users first. Profit last. If that order feels wrong to you, this isn't your seat.
• What I won't offer:
→ A title that sounds impressive at a wedding
→ A salary that competes with FAANG on day one
→ Comfort, structure, or a roadmap that doesn't change
→ Permission to coast
• What I will offer:
→ A seat at the table while the table is still small enough to matter
→ A founder who builds in public and won't disappear when it gets hard
→ A mission that protects 1.4 billion people, most of whom will never know your name
→ The chance to build the security layer India deserves but doesn't yet have
• Who you are:
You're Indian. You're in India. You've shipped something anywhere. Code, a company, a campaign, a community. You don't ask for tasks you find them. You've worked alone before and you didn't break. You read this far and felt something move.
• Who you aren't:
You aren't here for the title. You aren't here to learn on someone else's money. You aren't waiting for instructions. You don't need to be told that privacy matters.
If this is you, send one message. No résumé. No cover letter. Tell me what you've built and why you want this seat.
Built for humans. Against the machine.
