1. i do not support the guy who made the video
2. it's true that Qwel may have been manipulated by Rox and was scared to let him go, that's understandable
BUT, lying to victims and keeping him around when she knew about what he did doesn't make her look good

also is Qwel wrong for not immediately firing Rox when she saw the art? yes 100%, but not only is it important to consider why she would hesitate, he was also fired anyway upon her supposedly receiving even worse evidence.
