For 1/10th of the cost of the Hope scholarship in the new budget, WV could keep the 14 schools approved for closure in the past year open. No it’s not a permanent solution, but it ensures those communities families don’t suffer until lawmakers amend the school funding formula.

Rollins: No one was kicked off of SNAP. If they are not on SNAP, they have chosen not to reapply or they are an able bodied adult that can work.
