Isn't a Rabbi the first person you'd go to for information on adultery, pornography, lust, and the claim that sexual behavior outside of marriage opens people up to spiritual consequences?
Here we see the controlling aspects of religion: fear, sexism, and dehumanization, which goes against vital issues of personal freedom, consent, morality, and human sexuality.

Which would entail liquidating his companies, laying off over 100,000 employees, bankrupting all the people who now own SPCX stock, and crashing the economy.

The law, as is the norm for gun control laws, targets law-abiding gun owners rather than criminals—people who want to buy a perfectly legal Glock in a perfectly legal way.
And they made it a felony punishable by five years in prison to sell a gun that's been immensely popular in America for 30 years. In the name of banning something that's been illegal since 1986!

I get that a lot of how @Tesla and @elonmusk operate is the "scream" test. We used to do this in IT: Is anyone still using this database? Who? Where? Solution: shut it off and see who screams, "Where'd the database go???"
Tesla responded to the scream test with the turn signal stalk, adding it back in on later models. So what's the deal here? FSD users have been screaming loudly and clearly and consistently since they removed Max Speed. Why is Tesla so stubborn about not adding this feature back?
As Bearded Tesla just commented, why is THIS the hill to die on?

The proposed CREATOR Act would create an entirely new form of IP aimed at protecting a visual artist's "style."
But style has NEVER been protected because it would be a MASSIVE infringement of free speech, artistic freedom, and fair use.

But anyone familiar with art and art history understands the issue. The idea-expression dichotomy, fair use, merger, and other terms aren't just legalese; they exist because copyrights CANNOT be allowed to oppress our First Amendment rights!
Yet, this act would create a property right separate from traditional copyright and trademark protections, with NO Constitutional authority—with EXTREME statutory damages!

Right as discovery closes, and just before expert testimony and summary judgement motions, plaintiffs want to expand the alleged violations from 560 works to 60,000!
