Hey @Flipkart just purchased one laptop from your site which was having 0 reviews. the build quality is really cheap and I wanted to get rid of this laptop but just got a call from customer care that we can't return it once purchased. Kudos to the policymakers.

Thinking of bringing this up with consumer court as this is pure case of harassment. First of all you guys cancel the ticket on the same day of travel and then you don't believe in refund also. @DGCAIndia @consumercourtin learn customer support from @IndiGo6E and @airvistara
