I just answered this for the thousandth time and figured I would make a quick post if it helps anyone. Here is the reason and the fix for shaders constantly recompiling when you render from Movie Render Queue in #UnrealEngine.

TIL in Unreal Engine Ever try and cast to a custom BP in an Asset Action Utility only to have it fail and just return "Blueprint". Use the Get Blueprint Asset and Generated Class nodes to make your own cast! #virtualproduction #unrealengine

We've reworked rendering for #Niagara Fluids in #UnrealEngine 5.2. Thanks to @_pmkelly's awesome work, you can use many lights, lighting channels and have geometry shadow volumes. You now have the same real time workflow for rendering scene geometry and volumes!
