I’m just glad someone is raising awareness about how invasive bamboo (often planted by someone looking for a fast-growing privacy screen) can be extremely difficult to get rid of. Left overgrown, can cause serious damage. Good to spread the word to plant native alternatives.

sorry to lib out but for so many of us this is the very first time we cast a vote that wasn’t framed to us as “the lesser of two evils,” or some other gross excuse for democracy. we actually believed in someone, canvassed for him, and saw him…win??? like??? something…worked???

Excluding children and elderly individuals, the reason why so many people are on SNAP is because this country allows businesses to pay people unlivable wages, which effectively makes SNAP a corporate subsidy.
