Fair pricing of air tickets will fade away. Multiple players doesn't always mean competition and benefit for users. Many times cartelling happens.

No senior citizen consideration at all. We told them that we're COVID survivors and would suffer with imbalanced ear pressure and lower air circulation at the back. Neither boarding, nor ground nor air staff bothered. The cust. care insult and don't agree to their system error.

Their system didn't inform with message or popup that choice seat had to be bought twice. Nor indicated on ticket, which only says seat and services booked for 6EF. Boarding pass issued with different rows quietly.

Every year the loanee on a loan of ₹50 lakh pays 4.50-5 lakhs towards interest and 50-60 thousand principal. Year on year a loss payout of nearly 3.50-4 lakhs. At time of sale if even a small amount of that cannot be salvaged then what is the use?
