Something free and genuinely useful you could do this World Mental Health Day is to share this information. You never know who might desperately need to see it. #NoMindLeftBehind @MindCharity

Proud moment being part of this fabulous group and BGT audition!
Colleagues from across the Trust strutted their stuff in front of the nation when they took part in Britain’s Got Talent. Members of the Midlife Movers dance groups earned four yeses from the judges in their audition: ekhuft.nhs.uk/news/trust-sta…

Several people saying to me not to worry that I have a father and brother (very recently) who experienced heart attacks in their 40s/50s because I am female. It happens to us too!
Don't dismiss the early signs of a heart attack. A squeezing across the chest. A feeling of unease. It’s never too early to call 999 and describe your symptoms: orlo.uk/5HXen

I’m sorry to spoil your Boxing Day evening @UKLabour @Keir_Starmer @SteveReedMP @AngelaRayner but this poor fox is not having one . This is the face of illegal fox hunting in the UK . . . it’s got to end . . . we respectfully ask that you will end ‘trail hunting’ in your manifesto . Thank you Please RT
Cornered and trapped in a back garden this poor fox had no escape from being torn apart by hounds from the West Norfolk Foxhounds. This is why you should never believe the ‘trail hunt’ lies this Boxing Day or any other day.

A brilliant initiative implemented by @kirsty_tanton that has shown measurable improvements. Could this be replicated by other care groups in the trust?
To provide oversight and ownership, a governable structure, assurance, monitoring and maintenance of organic best practise the OGAM process was developed. Alongside the compliance & standards clinics this process has supported a cultural change to learning & improvement ✨

The fabulous Debs and wonderful Midlife Movers dance classes made it onto TV (I’m at the back 🫣). One of the best things I’ve done is find this lovely lady and wonderful community ❤️
Debbie Forsyth set up the Midlife Movers in summer 2022, and now her hard work has been recognised. The 55-year-old has been nominated as one of ITV Meridian's Pride of Britain fundraiser of the year. itv.com/news/meridian/2023-0…
