You are clueless! Rhode Island government does not have a revenue problem! You spent a whopping $!14 billion in the past 2 years. RI has a spending problem. If you want good paying jobs, leave money in the wallets of consumers and small businesses.

If he’s a five or six term incumbent in 2030, that’s certainly a lot of political experience. I think it’s fair to question the management experience, although I assume you’d find a reason to downplay any Democrat no matter what experience they have.

Happening in Rhode Island, too. Democrats politicians are now spending $350 million and adding $100 million every year to build affordable housing. Towns have lost control of zoning and land use decisions.

Over it? Shit, we're glad they walked away! Even though the law made the team responsible for cost overruns, limited the public revenues exposure, & wasn't state debt... the best outcome was the team walking away. Probably why the league wouldn't have let him take it anyway.

#OTD November 23, 1793, the brig Susannah, financed by Philip & Zachariah Allen, & captained by John Jenckes, left Providence for Sierra Leone, then Jenckes purchased 114 enslaved Africans. Zachariah's sons, Zachariah Jr. & Philip (pictured), both became prominent RI politicians.
