Bogus domains like "noc-is.co.za", "transtel.co.za", "noc-nampak.co.za", and "sa-mtnbusiness.co.za" were used in the contact details of valuable legacy IP address space. Registrar records have linked two men to these domains. mybroadband.co.za/news/secur…

Update from Cloudflare: We saw a spike in unusual traffic to one of Cloudflare's services beginning at 11:20 UTC. That caused some traffic passing through Cloudflare's network to experience errors. We do not yet know the cause of the spike in unusual traffic.
