If (as stated), $TFIN is competing with organized crime, how is it their preferred stock yields only 8.44% ~ for the risk (not to mention Tricolor and thousands of filings?/lawsuits?), should think at least 11% ~ which would imply $16.19 per preferred share as opposed to $21.10
