Yaani these guys with the boats in Madogo/Mororo charge each passenger Ksh. 1,500 to get to Garissa yet they can't guarantee their safety by purchasing some lifesaving equipment? It's sad whatever happened today!

Great move. we have a legislative gap on FGM laws in the county of Garissa and therefore call for immediate intervention to overcome it by engaging members of the county assembly in the Northern Kenya regions to domesticate national laws on FGM in their respective counties.
