Fought this for so many years. Secret is to get the dad not just to turn up more often or respond more often but to actually remember more and be more alert and effective - a much bigger lift?
Leveling up bonus points:
Schools who have both parents (again, when possible) on all contact lists. Even after telling our nursery, that I was moving to 🇺🇸 and all comms needed to go to dad, I still got the calls.
