Very strong winds, heavy rain and large waves are set to arrive into Northland late on Saturday before spreading across the North Island on Sunday where Severe Weather Watches have already been issued, with orange and possibly red Warnings likely. The combination of damaging winds, heavy rain and coastal inundation makes this a multi-hazard, potentially life-threatening event. 💨🌧️🌊❗

A week on from the ugly scenes at Bathurst, the utes are allowed to keep racing after this massive shunt.
Surprised a hit as big as this didn't immediately bring out the Safety Car for medical to check on the driver who hit exposed concrete.
