My previous post about this gathered over 15,000 views, yet there has been ABSOLUTELY NO REACTION from YouTube. Here are the facts: 1️⃣ Originality: My videos feature complex news editing with a PROFESSIONAL human voiceover. This takes massive effort and is a unique author's product, not automated mass production. 2️⃣ Denial of Rights: YouTube completely BANNED me from submitting a Video Appeal. How can a creator figure out the issue and defend their work if the system entirely denies them a voice? 3️⃣ Discrimination: Dozens of channels with the EXACT SAME format gather billions of views and remain fully monetized. I’m happy for my colleagues, but why are @YouTubeCreators rules applied so selectively? 4️⃣ Violation of EU Laws 🇪🇺: Refusing to point out specific violating videos and arbitrarily denying the right to appeal directly violates: • Article 17 of the Digital Services Act (DSA) and Article 4 of the P2B Regulation (EU 2019/1150): Obligation to provide a clear, specific, and detailed "Statement of Reasons" for restricting monetization. • Article 20 of the DSA and Article 11 of the P2B Regulation: Obligation to provide an accessible and effective internal complaint-handling system (the right to appeal). @DigitalEU @EU_Commission @EU_Competition, please pay attention to how this platform blatantly ignores European legislation! A classic YT cashcow channel used to cost $50-$100 per video. Now with AI… we went from $100 videos to arguing that $10 is “too expensive.” That’s not “efficiency.” You got brainwashed. And now your entire strategy is cutting costs instead of creating value. Then you wonder why you get inauthentic content, or zero views. Yeah, AI made things cheaper. But why are you racing to the bottom? Imagine putting $50–$100 per video with AI today. The quality would be ridiculous. Everyone’s now chasing their next AI channel with $1 videos and 99% profit margins. This is a huge gap in YTA 2026. Being the only one who actually gives a damn about quality. Ancient philosophers were right… when things get easier, people don’t get better, they just become lazy and still complain. Get your mind straight. And win where no one competes.
