Drupal hot take - you should default to developing with all caches enabled. If you have to write some kind of script that clears caches as you edit Twig, do that, but you will never catch caching issues if you can't see them locally.

Already heading home from #DrupalConPortland. This week was a blast. Reconnecting with old friends and making new ones. Everyone is tired but. Energy is pumping back up. Thanks to all the sponsors and the @drupalassoc for your hard work. See y'all next year!

I worked a lot on Flex projects, which was a more structured way to create Flash applications. And we had already two-way binding, AS3 typed language. Separated files or not between mxml and as. Once the time came to switch, in 2014, AngularJS was the more natural choice to me.
