Why is everyone getting so triggered by this? It’s beyond me! I use Whoop and my whoop age is 1 yr younger than my real age and I workout regularly.

@marclou has is incredibly hard. You need a very high HRV and a sufficiently low RHR - both of which you get when you do lots of cardio, stay hydrated, sleep well, your nerves are calm and more.
Most people who have opinions on this, I am sure, haven’t truly used
@WHOOP for extended period of time.
