Just cast my vote with @RiniSampath as my #1 choice for DC Mayor. Rini has common sense plans for fixing the basics that are broken in our city. Unfortunately these basics are actually very big issues but Rini has, by far, the most realistic plans to fix them. She’s not running a campaign on hopes and dreams and claiming to support the flavor of the week. I think Rini can actually make DC better, so she got my vote.

I assume that @amanduhgomez, full-time union employee and party to theft of public funds while simultaneously working as comms for the George campaign, wrote this whiny statement. It’s full of straw man tactics, misdirection, and lacks any actual statements denying the accusations. It’s also… just shit. Imagining George begging Mamdani for an endorsement they couldn’t get while virtue signaling by returning donations from people that don’t fit their mold, then crying about “a republican” that reported them for violations they very obviously committed and haven’t denied is pathetic. What a sad campaign. I honestly don’t understand how anyone can back this ridiculous campaign. Unrealistic promises without any plans to implement them, whiny campaign staff, and complete disregard for campaign laws. DC deserves better than this.

He’ll come out with some other great stuff over the years and then he’ll tell us about this one great app that’ll bring all of his previous work together and be the great app of the greatest apps. We’ll get teases about it for years but it’ll never actually come out. HBO will make a series about the one guy still writing software himself, without AI. They’ll catch up to where he’s at, having documented his entire life and all of the great apps he’s written up to then. And they’ll have to end the series by having AI write his final app. His last app will never come, and fans of his will have to live with the abomination of his entire life’s work culminating in an AI version of what was meant to be the best human made app of all time.
