May need a Pure Sleep sponsor @clif_high:
Hi everyone, For the past three months Iโ€™ve been going through some health problems. Itโ€™s been debilitating, and Iโ€™ve been getting extremely upset, which further makes it a vicious cycle. Itโ€™s insomnia. This is something Iโ€™ve dealt with on and off in the past, but this is the longest flareโ€‘up Iโ€™ve ever had. Itโ€™s frustrating because I feel so much pressure to work on the podcast, put out great content, work on the CORE contest (for graduate explainer videos), and I have a book Iโ€™m writing with Penguin Press. I ordinarily can handle, but the past couple months in particular have taken their toll. FYI, this is not a huge channel. Itโ€™s just myself, my video editor, and my wife, who is considerably lovely, of course, and sheโ€™s helping me manage all of this, alongside my doctor. Thatโ€™s three people. Anyone whoโ€™s battled insomnia knows how damn depleting virtually every aspect of it can be. In case youโ€™re wondering, yes, nutrition, workouts, CBT, sleep hygiene, meditation, etc., everything is on point, fortunately, but unfortunately itโ€™s not enough. Itโ€™s extremely excruciating. I have some tests coming up to help diagnose wtf is going on. In the meantime, your prayers, patience, kindness, and support in any form are appreciated while I take a step back from content creation over the next month. TOE's small, support genuinely keeps it alive, so I'll be direct: if the show has meant something to you, here are a few ways to help. 1. Watch something on the channel / recommend: youtube.com/playlist?list=PLโ€ฆ (browse here as thereโ€™s so much new content) 2. PayPal oneโ€‘time donation: paypal.com/donate?hosted_butโ€ฆ 3. Crypto oneโ€‘time donation: nowpayments.io/donation/TOE Watching content helps feed the algorithm and thus helps feed TOE. Whatever you doโ€”even reading all the way until the end hereโ€”is fantastic. None of it is expected. And I thank you dearly. โ€”Curt

Tonight's homework: look up and add their primary financier. Is it CIA? MI-6? Mossad? Qatar? Or Iran?
I wonder if this list might be one of the causes of Islamphobia

Sour candy can actually help halt a panic attack in its tracks. Mental health experts explain that the extreme, shocking tartness serves as an instant grounding tool: the intense sensation yanks your focus away from racing thoughts and anchors it firmly in the here-and-now taste on your tongue. This sudden shift can break the spiral of anxiety, while the chewing motion and flood of saliva trigger the bodyโ€™s natural calming signals, giving you a quick sense of control when everything feels overwhelming. Itโ€™s not a substitute for therapy or medication, but itโ€™s a simple, portable sensory trick that many people find remarkably effective during acute panic. Clinicians at Utah State University and elsewhere often recommend keeping a few pieces of very sour candy on hand as part of a grounding toolkit. That said, if panic attacks are frequent or severe, professional evaluation and treatment remain essential. [Utah State University Extension. (2023). "Managing Anxiety with Grounding Techniques"]

๐Ÿšจ Statement from the family of David Wilcock David Wilcock took his own life on April 20, 2026, after a long struggle with depression and overwhelming financial debt. His family, and chosen family, hope this loss encourages more focused attention to mental health care access. David was born on March 8, 1973, in Schenectady, NY. During his childhood in Upstate New York, he was a curious, sensitive, and introspective child, drawn to reading, science, research, and questions about how the universe works. He spent much of his time journaling and developing a vibrant, imaginative inner life. He laughed easily and had a big heart. He loved animals, meditation, music, scientific study, and lemon cake. From childhood, he had a deep curiosity about telepathy, lucid dreaming, the occult, palmistry, and the predictions of Nostradamus. Like many young people, he experienced painful periods of struggle and difficulty. David grew up in a close-knit family that cherished music and art, was in his first band as a teenager, and played many instruments throughout his life. He developed strong interests in psychology and spirituality, subjects that would later shape his ethos and vocation. He attended State University of New York at New Paltz and received a bachelorโ€™s degree in psychology. David spent his life writing extensively about subjects he was deeply invested in. Some of David's most consistent messages concerned the importance of focusing one's energies on service to others and the divinity of all human life. He cultivated a wide community around him based on these tenets. He was known to the world as a New York Times bestselling author with a voluminous body of writing, including the books: The Source Field Investigations, The Synchronicity Key, The Ascension Mysteries, Awakening in the Dream, and The Reincarnation of Edgar Cayce? (co-authored with Wynn Free). David was widely known as a media personality and lecturer examining issues such as UFOs, UAPs, and the paranormal. But this only tells part of the story of a life that, like any other, unfolded through internal struggles, evolving beliefs, and a quest for meaning. David lived in a time shaped by the internet, and he himself shaped a segment of it. This powerful medium of communication magnifies both connection and confusion. Ideas travel quickly, expand logarithmically, and reshape thought structures. In remembering David, it is important to hold more than one truth at once: that some of his work raised concerns about misinformation, and that he was also a person who was on an eternal quest for clarity. Beyond his public persona, he was a human navigating the same complexities and vulnerabilities that shape all our lives. His passing is a reminder of how important it is to meet one another with open minds and compassion in our hearts. The loss of a life can turn our focus to our shared humanity, whether we agree on lifeโ€™s unanswered questions or not. Davidโ€™s life will be remembered in a myriad of ways by many different people because of the far-reaching nature of his teachings and because he considered his audience a community. While he was known as a charismatic and engaging teacher to fans, those who were closest to him knew the depth of his untreated mental health struggles intimately. Many who knew him from afar have speculated that there is a cover-up involving his death, but we can assure you there was no foul play. If you or someone you know is battling with thoughts of suicide, call or text 988, the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. To honor Davidโ€™s memory and support others experiencing mental health struggles, donations may be made in his name to the Crisis Text Line: crisistextline.org or the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention: afsp.org. The Family of David Wilcock
๐Ÿšจ Tragic news: David Wilcock, 53, prominent UFO researcher, author & disclosure advocate has reportedly died by suicide on April 20, 2026 near Nederland, Colorado. Boulder County Sheriffโ€™s Office: Deputies responded to a 911 call at ~10:44 a.m. on Ridge Road. A man in mental health crisis, outside a residence and holding a weapon, used it on himself within minutes of contact. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Wilcock was a major voice in ufology. Not a traditional field investigator, but a prolific researcher, lecturer, filmmaker and New York Times bestselling author (The Source Field Investigations). He co-hosted Cosmic Disclosure on Gaia, claimed telepathic ET contact, and was seen by some as Edgar Cayceโ€™s reincarnation. He also served as Director of Advanced Technology and board member at Stavatti Aerospace, where he promoted next-gen military fighters, exotic propulsion and advanced aerospace concepts. A polarizing figure who inspired millions in the alternative community. Whatโ€™s your take on his legacy? Mental health resources: 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ท "The American special forces fell into a trap set by Iran's armed forces." New details emerging on the failed Isfahan operation. Iranian sources now confirm this was not a pilot rescue mission. It was a raid on a nuclear facility. Zero hour was set at the White House under Trump's direct supervision. The landing site, an abandoned airstrip, was chosen specifically for its proximity to an Isfahan nuclear site. Generals who warned against the operation were fired days before it launched. Iran let the first C-130 land and the commandos disembark, then sprang the trap when the second aircraft approached. Little Bird helicopters never got airborne. US jets bombed their own equipment to prevent capture. Personnel fled so fast they left their ID documents behind. Iranian sources call it worse than Tabas 1980 and the fallout will affect Trump's political future for years.

On January 7, 2026, during a routine dinner aboard the International Space Station, four-time spaceflight veteran Mike Fincke experienced a sudden and alarming medical event that lasted about 20 minutes. Fincke, who was nearly six months into his mission and had already accumulated 549 days in space across his career, described the sensation as being struck by โ€œa very fast lightning bolt.โ€ Without warning or pain, he completely lost the ability to speak. His crewmates quickly recognized his distress and alerted flight surgeons on the ground. The episode was serious enough to prompt NASA to cancel an upcoming spacewalk and initiate the agencyโ€™s first-ever medical evacuation from the ISS. Fincke and the rest of Crew-11 returned to Earth aboard a SpaceX Crew Dragon capsule on January 15, 2026. Back on the ground, extensive medical testing ruled out common causes such as a heart attack or choking. Months later, doctors still have no definitive diagnosis. Investigators are now examining whether the incident could be linked to the long-term effects of microgravity on the body or brain. This unsolved mystery highlights one of the biggest unknowns facing NASA as it prepares for longer-duration missions to the Moon and Mars: the unpredictable health risks of extended time in space.
