Yo, @thepatwalls new video integration on StarterStory site is great but it'd be sick if, when watching the vid and prompted to log in to continue watching, it auto returned back to the correct spot on timeline. Just an idea!

Using Claude Code has opened my eyes as to how much time I was wasting by copying and pasting back and forth between the web UI and terminal. Embarassed to even admit I was doing that. #claudeai #ClaudeCode

Refined my Claude process, it's now kinda like this: - Use Claude UI to make project plan/README - Save to github repo - Create digi ocean droplet - ssh in - Install Claude Code & mkdirs - Enable git access - Tell Claude to read README - Build in Terminal Thoughts?

People building saas apps or other products that require sign in/auth, how are you handling email signup confs and password resets etc? Sendgrid? AWS SES? What's easiest to implement and works best?

What are the chances that Claude deliberately gets stuff wrong so you use up resources so that you hit the lockout so that you give in and upgrade to a pricier tier? There's only so many times it can totally screw up my footer container code before I begin to believe the above.

Built WAVconverter.com as I needed a fast, easy audio file converter. Love that people around the world (35 countries) are using it, but even if it gets Adsense approved it's very unlikely move the needle in replacing my income. Building saas instead #saas #dev

This is exactly what I meant when I talked about the MRR journey. It's a marathon and there are very few shortcuts.
Founders who reach $10k MRR usually take ~2 years. 95% of founders never even make it here at all. So cut yourself some slack and don't give up right away.

What I really value about this solodeveloper journey is that, even if I fail in the pursuit of income replacing MRR, I will still have learnt so much along the way. Much, much more than I would have if I'd just stuck to the 9-5.

I find that @claudeai is often way too verbose and overeager and runs away with itself even with simple prompts. If you're using Claude, what are some of the ways you use to minimise this and preserve resources? #ai #claudeai #vibecoding

Note to self: 🗒️ Deviating from the stack you know well is a really, really bad idea and only ever ends in tears. Thanks

New logo for upcoming product release. 'U' inside a cloud made with Canva and PowerPoint because simplicity is best....and I am a terrible designer. Tbf, it perfectly fits the product and its purpose/function. #newlogo #logo #logoreveal #solodeveloper #logodesign

I'm increasingly of the mind that the ability to 1-shot an AI product to life is total BS. To create/ship a useful, functional, sustainable, maintainable product is no simple feat. Yes, AI can help bring an idea/concept to fruition but there's much more to it than ppl think.

Need a hero animation explainer for landing page of a new product. This is Adobe Firefly's 1-shot based on my shitty concept. Which AI platforms/tools do this (MUCH) better? Or, should I use Fiverr? #ai #animation #aianimation #landingpage #solodeveloper #adobefirefly
