Absolute chaos for @SouthwestAir at DCA. 5 flights on 1 tiny baggage claim, luggage piling up as it goes around and the baggage personnel hiding in their office. Passengers had to climb on the claim to get luggage or yell out people’s names to come get their bags.

Holy cow @BrianDietzen …The Helpers is one of the best episodes on #NCIS in a long time. My 15 year old didn’t understand why I was crying at the end.
