What kind of childhood makes a top scientist? Is it enough to have all the right traits (brilliance, grit, etc) or do you need the right family too? And why should we care? A ๐Ÿงต on our paper on the Nobel Laureates. A teaser: the income distribution of the laureates' fathers.1/N

Happy to announce the publication of Gliese 12 b, an Earth-sized, temperate planet only 40 lightyears away! This is an excellent target for future studies to examine the atmospheres of temperate, rocky planets.

Wow... it's been about 18 months since I was last on here. A lot has happened that I wanted to fill you all on in. However, long story short - I've left academia and have never been happier. A brain dump of a๐Ÿงต incoming

I am extremely fortunate that got to live out one of my childhood dreams. What I am even more fortunate for, is that I get to discover now, how to make other people's childhood dreams a reality too.

There's a lot of lessons I've learnt during this journey... but I might leave that for another day :) But, I will be using this quite infrequently from here on in. If you want to find me, LinkedIn or Instagram is the best places to say hi. FIN <3 Much love and positive vibes
