So the Justice Secretary claims we don't have enough prison spaces and is looking at letting shoplifting scrotes off without a custodial sentence or reducing the sentences of other criminals but Lucy who tweeted something silly gets kept in.

This is Lord Justice Holroyde - the judge who denied Lucy Connelly’s appeal.
In 2022, he quietly released Labour MP Nazir Ahmed from prison - despite him being convicted of raping a boy, 9, in Rotherham.
Holroyde is a Labour-voting liberal.
