When youβre delayed for 3 hours & then @easyJet ferry you to the plane & leave you on a closed bus, with no air con, for twenty minutes sweltering like a sauna & sucking in diesel fumes from the bus in near 40degree heat!! You wouldnβt leave dogs or pets in a car this long π‘

February 2024 our @virginmedia broadband was supposed to be installed.
The amount of excuses, not turning up, calls from call centres abroad, emails and texts are over 100 now (thatβs just me getting in touch with them) and still no install???

Been waiting for @virginmedia install for three months now. You canβt talk to them, you canβt reply to their emails as they are not monitored and all you have is a DM through X. What an embarrassment of a communications system for a company that is in the communications business!
